This beautiful restaurant in Amsterdam was originally a greenhouse that was due to demolished and Michelin Star earner top chef Gert Jan Hageman took over and made it into a beautiful restaurant. The dining room is designed by Piet Boon. There is no menu because the chef will select what is the best fresh food of the day from the greenhouse next to the kitchen and delivered by local farmers. The food and the atmosphere was amazing. It really worth the trip to go there.
Amsterdam!
First time to Amsterdam. The impression was very nice. Nice weather, green & flowers everywhere, nice houses and stylish interior. I wish I had more energy to go around more.
Conservatorium Hotel (Amsterdam)
Took the train to Amsterdam from Paris for a one trip. Stayed at the Conservatorium Hotel which was one of the best hotel I ever stayed. Every corner is just so pretty.
