Wagyu Kaiseki Den (Hong Kong)

 This has to be the best kaiseki I ever had. It was not in Japan but in Hong Kong. It's run by the same management that is running China Club, Island Tang, Cipriani in Hong Kong.  Every month is a different menu as a tasting course.

The last dish Sea Urchin Truffle Rice 雲丹のトリュフ土鍋ご飯 definitely was unforgettable.

With Executive Chef Saotome-san from Japan who had worked in Nobu in London and many other well-known restaurants.
